1. Acceptance of terms
By using BestReferral.ca, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the website or submit a BestReferral reward claim.
2. What BestReferral provides
BestReferral.ca is an independent referral and information website. We publish links, referral codes, comparisons and general information about third-party products and services. We are not the bank, brokerage, credit union, payment platform, retailer or service provider featured on a company page.
3. Provider offers can change
Referral bonuses, welcome offers, cashback rates, fees, eligibility rules, funding requirements and other terms are controlled by the provider and may change without notice. The provider's current terms govern the provider's own offer.
4. BestReferral extra rewards
Some offers include a separate BestReferral reward. A displayed BestReferral reward is not guaranteed merely because you clicked a link or submitted a claim. Eligibility may require successful referral attribution, completion of the provider's requirements, verification by BestReferral, and receipt of the qualifying referral compensation by BestReferral.
5. Claims, fraud and duplicate submissions
You must provide accurate information when submitting a reward claim. BestReferral may reject, hold or reverse a claim that is duplicate, incomplete, unverifiable, improperly attributed, abusive or reasonably suspected to involve fraud or manipulation.
6. Payouts
Approved BestReferral rewards are processed once per month, on the 1st day of each month, for accounts with at least $10 in approved cashback. Rewards approved after a monthly processing cycle may be included in the following month's payout. Supported payout methods and reasonable verification procedures may apply.

8. Availability and accuracy
We try to keep information accurate, but we do not guarantee that every offer, rate, link, requirement or description is complete, current or error-free. We may modify, suspend or remove content or features at any time.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, BestReferral.ca is not responsible for a provider's decisions, account approval, product performance, service interruption, changed offer terms, lost provider rewards or other actions controlled by a third party.
